If you wish to delete your account, a deletion process will be initiated. Your account will be permanently deleted once the data is no longer required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, as outlined in the Diário da República (13.º) (Law 45/2018, of August 13). On average, this process takes approximately two years.

While your account is under review:

  • You cannot log in or create another account with the same credentials.
  • Our team will review your account deletion request.
  • You will receive email notifications about your review status.
  • If you want to cancel the review or have questions, you can call us or send an email. To verify your identity, we’ll ask for specific information to confirm your details.
  • If you want to remove all data associated with your account, please let us know specifically. By default, we will delete your account but retain certain data (like documents and other details) due to legal requirements. This retained data will be automatically deleted two years after account inactivation or deletion.

To start the procedure:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Navigate to your profile settings.
  3. Scroll down and press and hold the “Delete Account” button for about four seconds.
  4. You will then be prompted to confirm the action by entering your password.
